COVID-19 Specific Regulations

Hello Elegante Electrolysis Family, As we prepare to return to work, I want to inform you about some changes I’ve made, in compliance with state and city safety regulations. My top priority is your safety, comfort, and the safety of others. These are some updated safety procedures to ensure we all follow CDC guidelines: Please stay home if you feel sick or have symptoms of COVID-19. Complete the screening form we have provided, prior to your treatment. You must arrive on time (not early) for your appointment, as we are not allowed to use the building waiting areas. All clients must be wearing face masks, in the building and in the treatment room. Keep your mask on the entire time that you are in the treatment room. If you are having facial work done, you may remove it for the treatment, although please refrain from talking while being treated. I will also be wearing a mask, gloves, and a face-shield as well. I will take your temperature upon your arrival. If your temperature registers over 99.6°F, you may be asked to leave and reschedule your appointment. I will have hand sanitizer when you walk in for you to use, or feel free to wash your hands in the restroom. I will be taking breaks in between each client to clean and sanitize. All surfaces, including my desk and the doorknobs, will be wiped down. Thank you for taking the time to read this information. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. As always, I will inform you if anything changes. Please be patient, this is a new system for all of us, and we may need to adjust as we go. I am very excited to see all of you again. If you do not yet have an appointment and would like one, please contact me to schedule. Can’t wait to see you, -Christina

The hair you see is not all the hair you have. Hair grows in cycles. That's why it takes more than one appointment to permanently clear an area.

Did you know?

If your electrologist can't see the hairs, they can't zap the hairs. Plucking, waxing, threading, or tweezing before your hair removal appointment reduces the number of hairs your electrologist can remove.

Electrolysis Tip
